Managing invitations

See who has not joined yet, resend, revoke — and what the automatic reminders do.

Settings → Invitations is the record of everyone you've invited. Three tiles at the top count Pending, Accepted and Cancelled (that last tile also includes expired ones), and below them each invitation is listed with its Email, Status and Sent date.

Administrators reach this page from the Settings menu. Managers get to it from Employees → Manage invitations, and can only resend invitations for the employee role.
  1. 1

    Open the list

Go to Settings → Invitations. The newest invitation is at the top.

  2. 2

    Resend an invitation

Select Resend next to a Pending or Expired row. The email goes out again and the 14-day clock starts over — so resending brings a lapsed invitation back to life instead of you having to invite the person again.

  3. 3

Revoke one you no longer want

Select Cancel on a pending row and confirm. The invitation can no longer be claimed. There's no Resend on a cancelled row — if you change your mind, invite the address again from Invite Employee.

What Atteny does on its own

A sweep runs once a day, at 08:00 UTC, and does two things: it moves any pending invitation past its 14 days to Expired, and it sends one reminder email once an invitation is within 3 days of expiring. Only one reminder ever goes out per invitation — resending re-arms it, so a resent invitation can get another reminder later.

Each invitation remembers the language Atteny was in when you sent it (English, German or Spanish), and both the invitation email and the reminder are written in that language.

There's nothing for the recipient to type in — no code, no token. They just sign up with the address you invited, and Atteny matches them. See How claiming works.
Repeat sends are capped to protect your team's inbox: 5 per email address per hour, and 100 per company per hour. If you hit a cap, wait an hour and try again.
