The invitation email never arrived

Nothing in your inbox, and you're waiting to get into Atteny. Before you chase the email: you don't actually need it. Invitations carry no code — Atteny matches you on your email address the first time you sign in. So if you can get the app and sign in with the exact address your admin invited, you're in, email or no email.

Still missing? Here's why, commonest first.

Check these, in this order

1. Spam, Promotions, or a filtered folder. Search your whole mailbox for Atteny, or for the subject "You've been invited to join … on Atteny". Company mail filters catch it more often than you'd expect.
2. The address has a typo, or a different one was used. This is the usual cause, and only an admin can see it — ask them to read back the exact address on Settings → Invitations. One wrong character sends the email elsewhere and leaves you with no invitation to claim.
3. It was cancelled, or the 14 days ran out. Both show on that same page, as Cancelled or Expired. An admin fixes it in one click.
4. Nobody in your company receives any Atteny email. If leave decisions and scheduled digests never arrive either, it isn't your address — email delivery hasn't been configured for your Atteny account. There's no setting for this in the app, so contact Atteny support.

If you're the admin

Open Settings → Invitations and find the row.

• Wrong status — select Resend on a Pending or Expired row. The Invitation re-sent message means the email was queued, and the 14-day clock restarts.
• Wrong address — select Cancel, confirm, then invite the corrected address with Invite Employee. Cancelled rows have no Resend.
